Homework Club & After School Care

The Homework Club operates every day when school is open from 2.30 to 4.30 pm. Parents/guardians wishing to avail of this service should fill in the registration form and return it to Mr Brian Canning. For planning purposes, it would be useful if parents/guardians could indicate when their son(s) will be attending on a regular basis. However, if parents/guardians are delayed boys can turn up on the day at short notice once registered.

Homework is done in a quiet supervised environment and checked to make sure all is done. Boys are examined in their tables, spellings etc.

After homework is finished the facilities of the school hall, yard and woodland area are available for soccer, basketball, games etc.

A selection of indoor board games also provides amusement on wet days.

Many boys come to Homework Club before another activity, for example recorder or short tennis, or after an activity such as computers, art or basketball.
